Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP8A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,366 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hemostasis, Positive regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of coagulation. Each is linked with ATP8A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A1 results are reported.
