ATP7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, OR2M4, and PAX7. Each is linked with ATP7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by ATP7A-low versus ATP7A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
