Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1H data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ATP6V1H Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP6V1H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
