Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1H mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1H data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ATP6V1H mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ATP6V1H mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
