Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,902 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, Collagen metabolic process, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with ATP6V1G3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G3 results are reported.
