Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1G3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP6V1G3 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ATP6V1G3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1G3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and CHOL show a favorable association.

COAD, KIRP, and MESO are the cancer types where ATP6V1G3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
