Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 218 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PQBP1, LYRM1, and USP31. Each is linked with ATP6V1G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1G3 versus PQBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
