Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, CDY2A, and RNU6-1080P. Each is linked with ATP6V1G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by ATP6V1G3-low versus ATP6V1G3-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
