Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Regulation of actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with ATP6V1G3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by ATP6V1G3-low versus ATP6V1G3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
