Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1FNB RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP6V1FNB data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP6V1FNB RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1FNB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATP6V1FNB RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
