Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1C2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, p27_pT198, and p53. Each is linked with ATP6V1C2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1C2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by ATP6V1C2-low versus ATP6V1C2-high in UCEC.
