Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,272 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with ATP6V1C2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1C2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1C2 results are reported.
