ATP6V1B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,280 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP6V1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX2, PCED1A, and CD207. Each is linked with ATP6V1B1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1B1 versus VAX2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
