Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1B2, FCGR1A, and FCER1G. Each is linked with ATP6V1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1A versus ATP6V1B2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
