Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED8, RNF10P1, and DYNLL1P5. Each is linked with ATP6V1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1A results are reported.
