The most reproducible ATP6V1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi lumen acidification, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Synaptic vesicle maturation. Each is linked with ATP6V1A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1A results are reported.
