The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ATP6V0D1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, HNSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ATP6V0D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
