Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V0D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,744 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSD, TMEM237, and ZNF496. Each is linked with ATP6V0D1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0D1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V0D1 versus CTSD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V0D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V0D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
