Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V0D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,903 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle maturation, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Vacuolar acidification. Each is linked with ATP6V0D1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0D1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0D1 results are reported.
