Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V0A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V0A1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP6V0A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, PRAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where ATP6V0A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
