The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ATP6AP1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6AP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ATP6AP1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
