Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5POP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5POP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ATP5POP1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5POP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and LUAD show a favorable association.
THCA, LUAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where ATP5POP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
