ATP5PO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP5PO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,384 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5PO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial translational elongation, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with ATP5PO in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PO-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by ATP5PO-low versus ATP5PO-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5PO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5PO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
