Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PDP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PDP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPA0_S84, ZC3H4_S1275, and SLC34A3. Each is linked with ATP5PDP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PDP4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PDP4 results are reported.
