Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5PDP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5PDP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ATP5PDP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5PDP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and STAD show a favorable association.
KICH, UVM, and CESC are the cancer types where ATP5PDP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
