Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5PD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP5PD data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ATP5PD Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5PD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and UCS are the cancer types where ATP5PD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
