Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5PD mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP5PD data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATP5PD mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5PD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, OV, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ATP5PD mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
