Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2O, TK1, and COIL. Each is linked with ATP5PD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PD-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PD versus UBE2O in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
