Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, PANDAR, and MIR4804. Each is linked with ATP5PD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PD-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PD results are reported.
