Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PBP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Hippo signaling. Each is linked with ATP5PBP5 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PBP5-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PBP5 results are reported.
