ATP5MFP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MFP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,696 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5MFP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPMSLP, BICRA-AS1, and RNY1P10. Each is linked with ATP5MFP6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MFP6-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MFP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MFP6 versus RBPMSLP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MFP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MFP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
