Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MFP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5MFP6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ATP5MFP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MFP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

STAD, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where ATP5MFP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
