Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MFP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,732 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MFP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Monosaccharide metabolic process, and Regulation of mitochondrion organization. Each is linked with ATP5MFP6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MFP6-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MFP6 results are reported.
