Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MFP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,105 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MFP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cysteine-type endopeptidase activity involved in apoptotic process, Regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation, and Positive regulation of viral process. Each is linked with ATP5MFP4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MFP4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MFP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
