Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MFP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5MFP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ATP5MFP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MFP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

CESC, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where ATP5MFP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
