ATP5ME

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5ME RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,815 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5ME-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA13, PET100, and ATP5MD. Each is linked with ATP5ME in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5ME-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5ME results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5ME versus NDUFA13 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5ME→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5ME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
