ATP5ME

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5ME RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,166 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5ME-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Lysosomal transport, and Insulin receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ATP5ME in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5ME-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5ME results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by ATP5ME-low versus ATP5ME-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5ME→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5ME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
