ATP5MD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5MD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf49, HAUS1, and MPV17L. Each is linked with ATP5MD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MD-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C11orf49 grouped by ATP5MD-low versus ATP5MD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
