Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNH3, CCDC189, and RNU6-644P. Each is linked with ATP5MC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC3 versus KCNH3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
