Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,821 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, DOCK10, and IL16. Each is linked with ATP5MC2P3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC2P3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC2P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC2P3 versus SASH3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MC2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MC2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
