Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MC2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5MC2P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ATP5MC2P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MC2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and ACC show a favorable association.
UVM, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where ATP5MC2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
