The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ATP5MC1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, HNSC, and SCLC are the cancer types where ATP5MC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
