Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-365P, MIR1263, and MIR1283-1. Each is linked with ATP5MC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1 results are reported.
