Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP5MC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, MCHR2, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with ATP5MC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN grouped by ATP5MC1-low versus ATP5MC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
