Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5F1E mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP5F1E data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATP5F1E mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and COAD show a favorable association.
