The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ATP5F1D Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where ATP5F1D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
