Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5F1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, TNFAIP6, and TREM1. Each is linked with ATP5F1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1B versus AQP9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5F1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5F1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
