Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5F1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and PAI-1. Each is linked with ATP5F1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ATP5F1B-low versus ATP5F1B-high in UCEC.
