The most reproducible ATP5F1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amino acid activation, tRNA aminoacylation, and Negative regulation of cell adhesion. Each is linked with ATP5F1B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1B results are reported.
