Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5F1AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,570 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1AP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with ATP5F1AP2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1AP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1AP2 results are reported.
